Small theater hair: conversation about the war in the Ukraine – Munich district

The “Service Talk” series in the Small Theater in Haar, which usually deals with cultural and socio-political issues, is dedicated to the war in Ukraine in light of current events. Theater manager Matthias Riedel-Rüppel will be speaking this Tuesday, March 1, with the Ukrainian interpreter Igor Lisovskyi and Frieder Alberth, who has been involved in AIDS aid in the Ukraine for many years. “Our service talk has been around for a year, and it has never been as topical as this week,” says Riedel-Rüppel. His talk partners certainly have a lot to tell: Igor Lisovskyi was on a business trip in Gdansk when Vladimir Putin attacked his country, where he met his Augsburg friend Frieder Alberth. Lisovskyi’s way back to his homeland has been cut off, but his wife and two daughters, four and eight years old, are still there. Now he is trying to help from Germany. And of course he wants to see his family again. The event in Haar begins at 7 p.m.

The conversation is on youtube (Youtube channel kth.digital) and the theater’s Facebook page.
