The move would do credit to every Russian soldier in the goose-step parade in front of the Kremlin. The test person, a lady with a pointed Christmas hat, first throws her leg up by an impressive 90 to 100 degrees for a long step. Then follows a kind of jumped rumba lunge backwards, a little later another five steps of waddling with twisted knees. To recover, a few normal steps are always pushed in between, after the exercise sequence has been completed, everything starts again from the beginning. And what is all this for? To burn more calories!
