Workers at Tesla’s Shanghai plant have taken to social media to vent their frustration over bonus cuts. They were informed at the weekend about cuts in their performance bonuses, it was learned Reuters from online posts and conversations with employees in the Chinese industrial metropolis. The Tesla workers also vented their anger via the short message service Twitter, which belongs to Tesla boss Elon Musk and is blocked in China. In the posts, some of which were directed at Musk, some employees linked the cuts to a fatal accident at the Shanghai plant earlier this year. They criticized that the workers were unfairly punished for the incident.
