It was classified as a “risky match” by the National Hooliganism Division. Sunday evening, when Toulouse FC lost against Olympique de Marseille (2-3) on its lawn at the Stadium, the police arrested seven people on the sidelines of the Ligue 1 match.
Even before the start of the match, but also during, “security agents intervened with the support of the police to prevent several people from entering the Stadium without a ticket”, indicates the prefecture of Haute-Garonne which specifies that the meeting took place in good conditions, despite a few incidents.
Some of those arrested had smoke bombs, others engaged in violent robberies, street-selling counterfeit tickets or even “used narcotics”. State services noted “two throws of projectiles on the ground, without hitting anyone”.
