Search for the murderer: Michael Buback on the terrorism of the RAF society

Michael Buback on the search for justice, the long shadow of the RAF and the difficult question of who really shot his father, former Attorney General Siegfried Buback.

Interviewed by

Detlef Esslinger

Michael Buback, the son of the Attorney General Siegfried Buback, who was murdered in 1977, travels a lot even at the age of 77. But for the conversation he invites you to lunch in his terraced house in a village near Göttingen. Then he leads into the study. His wife Elisabeth joins them, sometimes throwing in a comment. Just listen when it comes to the long shadow of the RAF and the old question of who shot then? That will not do.
