In Saxony, a 50-year-old wanted to drown a cat on a train toilet. The train crew called the federal police.
A train passenger tried to drown a cat in an ICE toilet in Saxony. The animal was injured, as the federal police in Leipzig announced on Wednesday. The train staff became aware of the act through loud noises and alerted the federal police. The officers discovered a completely wet and bloodied cat in the toilet.
Investigations have been initiated
The 50-year-old man is now being investigated for violating the Animal Welfare Act. The cat was taken to a vet and examined.
