When the SZ tasting team recently had to negotiate who should go to the “Florentin” restaurant on Blutenburgstrasse for the purpose of a test meal, things quickly became clear: the author of these lines had just spent a few days in Tel Aviv in January and there spent the night in the Florentin district. And that’s not all: the pension was called “Hostel Florentin” and was located, no kidding, on Florentinstrasse.
