Sam Bankman-Frie’s ‘dream home’ in Washington, D.C. sells for $3.3 million

A four-bedroom Victorian brownstone home in Washington, D.C., linked to former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Frie, is on sale for $3.3 million.

The home was purchased in April for the same amount by Guarding Against Pandemics, a nonprofit group founded by Bankman-Fried’s brother Gabe. according to news reports

The house, built in 2017, is located at 420 3rd St. NE and is described as a “small home.” “The Entertainer’s Dream Home” byhave4-burner gas fireplace, elevator, built-in wine cellar, located about a 15-minute walk from the US Capitol.

FTX broke down in November. and file for bankruptcy protection by founder Sam Bankman-Fried face numerous criminal allegations and previously revealed he had less than $100,000 in the bank.
