Runaway, a minor arrested selling drugs to “ensure his needs”

The home he had been placed in was not to his liking. A runaway minor arrested at a deal point in the west of Nice, overnight from Sunday to Monday, admitted to selling drugs for a month to “ensure his primary needs”, learned 20 minutes from a police source. He must be referred this Tuesday to the Nice court.

The respondent was checked at 3 a.m. in the Moulins district in possession of 50 grams of cocaine, 12 grams of cannabis grass and resin as well as a hundred euros. In particular, he declared to the police that he intended to sell more drugs in order to finance the purchase of a new telephone.

A second young man who accompanied him, also arrested, was exonerated. He benefited from a classification without follow-up and was released.
