The burglary occurred during the night from Thursday to Friday. One or more individuals broke into the Roland-Garros grounds in the 16th arrondissement of Paris before searching several stadium offices, reports BFM TV. According to the news channel, jewelry, cash and various brand products were stolen.
The amount of loot is estimated at around 30,000 euros. A complaint was filed by the French Tennis Federation, which operates the premises, and an investigation into burglary was opened.
