Director Matt Reeves has confirmed The Batman 2. Robert Pattinson will star again, he explained.

Robert Pattinson (35) and “the entire team” from “The Batman” will return for a sequel. This was announced by the film’s author and director, Matt Reeves (56). At the CinemaCon in Las Vegas he confirmed according to “People” his plans to write and direct the second part of the strip. That’s “exciting,” Reeves said. He is a big fan of Pattinson’s character and “looks forward to returning to this world for the next chapter.”

According to the report, the filmmaker did not reveal any further details about the upcoming project. “The Batman” hit theaters in early March this year and was acclaimed by both critics and audiences. So far, it’s the highest-grossing film of 2022, reportedly grossing $759 million worldwide.
