A vision that would have gone well. A maintenance technician who intervened Tuesday evening, around 11:40 p.m., to unclog the pipes of a building in Saint-Priest (Rhone) found human body parts inside. According to information obtained by CNEWS, a piece of foot and shreds of clothing were there.

Over the course of the search, a large part of the remains of the body have been found, said a source familiar with the matter. In addition, near the building, an electric saw was discovered in a trash can.

A suspect arrested

While an investigation for intentional homicide was opened and entrusted to the judicial police, the Lyon prosecutor’s office told CNEWS, an individual was arrested and placed in police custody.

Taking advantage of the identification of the victim, described by Le Parisien as a 17-year-old boy, the investigators arrested a relative, part of his friendly entourage. He is a 28 year old man. The latter would be known and treated for psychiatric disorders for several years.

On Sunday, screams were heard in the building. The murder could date from that time.
