A man discovers two bodies in an apartment in Zweibrücken in Rhineland-Palatinate. The case poses many puzzles for investigators.

In an apartment in Zweibrücken in Two bodies have been discovered in Rhineland-Palatinate. According to initial findings, the police believe it was a crime, as they announced on Tuesday. A 29-year-old man found the bodies late on Monday evening and alerted the officers.

The people suspected of being killed are a 24-year-old woman and a man whose identity could not be established at first. It is unclear how the two died. The two bodies are being examined by forensic experts.

There is currently no concrete suspicion of a crime, the investigators said. The 29-year-old who discovered the bodies will be questioned as a witness. The criminal police are also investigating a possible motive and other background information about the crime.
