Private investors often complain about their bad image. If you look at some of the newer construction projects in Munich, you will see that you are right to do so. The best example: Kathi-Kobus-Strasse.

Investors involved in private residential construction often complain about their poor image. They like to argue that their work is helping against the housing shortage, and they rely on high-quality architecture. But if you look at many of these plants, as they are being built in Maxvorstadt or in Untersendling or in Haidhausen, then you see that many investors rightly have a bad image.
