The AfD party and faction leader Alice Weidel spoke on Tuesday of a “desired walker coup”, alluding to the age of several suspects. The large-scale raid against the Reichsbürger scene with 3,000 officials was a “boom”, a “staging”. The AfD leadership is trying to get on the offensive when it comes to Reich citizens. The investigation and the arrest of dozens of people last week who were apparently planning a coup put the AfD under pressure.
