Because of the bad weather forecast for this Friday, the city of Ebersberg decided, after consultation with everyone involved, to cancel the concert and the parade as well as the cultural part of this year’s solstice celebration. However, the Ebersberg fire brigade will set fire to the pile of wood set up by the building yard and the city garden center at 8.45 p.m. as planned. Despite the bad weather, the host couple of the Ebersberger Alm and Mayor Ulrich Proske would be happy to welcome many fearless midsummer bonfire visitors, who would then enjoy the chicken and drinks in the restaurant.
