Every year, thousands of MBA graduates apply for the entry-level job and thus the admission to their careers. In the case of employers who tie their commitment to the final grade, however, graduates from excellent business schools in particular have a competitive disadvantage. Because at less demanding universities it is easier to get certified excellent academic achievements with the same amount of work. Most recruiters therefore evaluate an applicant’s final grade in the light of the reputation of the business school at which it was acquired. Everyone has to work hard to have a good reputation – universities and students.
