Recipe: Low carb bread for a delicious and healthy start to the day

Recipe for 1 serving:
ingredients
300 g low-fat quark
8 m.-large eggs
100 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
100 g linseed, ground
5 tablespoons bran (wheat)
2 tablespoons flour or soy flour
1 pack of baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
butter, for the mold

preparation
1) Preheat the fan oven to 150°C and hold the heat for 15 minutes before putting the dough in the oven.
2) Mix the quark, eggs and baking powder in a bowl with the hand mixer (beater), then add the other ingredients and mix well again.
3) Put in the greased form (25 – 30 cm) and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds. Bake at 150 °C for at least 90 minutes.
4) The dough is quite runny and the finished bread is very juicy/moist. This can be modified with more bran.
The finished bread should be stored in the refrigerator in a bag that is not tightly closed. It also freezes well.
