Recipe for filled strawberry pralines
200g cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract/vanilla paste
3 tablespoons colored sugar sprinkles
100g white chocolate, melted
Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and place in a piping bag. Using a small knife, cut out the stalks of the strawberries. Fill the designated wells with the cream cheese mixture and top with the crumble. Dip the top of the berries into the melted chocolate. Chill the whole berries on a baking tray for about 20 minutes.
