The thriller in the first was significantly stronger on Thursday than the doctor and family series in the second. How the other stations fared.

With the crime series “Nord bei Nordwest” the ARD secured the ratings victory on Thursday evening at prime time. At 8:15 p.m., 8.88 million viewers saw the episode “Der Ring” in the first. This corresponds to a market share of 28.8 percent.

The ZDF came with the family series “Der Bergdoktor” to 6.56 million viewers (21.3 percent). The private broadcaster RTL showed the report “Stern TV Spezial – How does Germany live?” – that’s what 1.44 million viewers (6.0 percent) wanted to see.

The ProSieben dance show “The Masked Dancer”, in which the costumed ex-boxer Axel Schulz was unmasked this time, was followed by 1.43 million (5.1 percent). Vox recorded 1.18 million viewers (3.9 percent) with the US film “Dracula Untold”.

570,000 (1.9 percent) wanted to see the docu-soap “Rosin’s Heroes’ Kitchen – Last Chance Dream Job” on Kabel Eins. 440,000 viewers (1.5 percent) spent the evening with the still new Sat.1 magazine format “Now.Besser.Leben.Mit Sat.1” with presenter Claudia von Brauchitsch. RTLzwei broadcast the docu-soap “Animal Heroes – My Partner on 4 Paws” and reached 340,000 viewers (1.1 percent).
