Ratings: “Die Chefin” is outperforming the competition

The actress Katharina Böhm attracted the largest audience to the screens as “Die Chefin” on ZDF on Friday evening at prime time. On the other hand, the first one with a comedy didn’t even come close.

The ZDF crime series “Die Chefin” with Katharina Böhm as Munich’s chief inspector left the competition far behind on Friday evening. 4.39 million viewers tuned in from 8:15 p.m. This corresponds to a market share of 21.1 percent. The comedy “Sayonara Loreley – Wiedersehen in Rüdesheim” with Katharina Marie Schubert attracted 2.67 million people to the screens (12.7 percent) in the first episode.

On RTL, 1.37 million (6.8 percent) watched this year’s second episode of the drag queen show “Viva la Diva – Who is the Queen”, in which celebrities appear in glamorous disguise. 1.33 million (6.5 percent) were interested in the classic feature film “James Bond – 007 hunts Dr. No” from 1962 with Sean Connery on ProSieben. At the beginning of the year, the broadcaster secured the free TV rights for all 25 films in the James Bond series, all of which will now be shown in the next few weeks.

The Sat.1 clip show “111 funny children’s heads!” reached 760,000 people (3.7 percent) at prime time, and 690,000 people (3.3 percent) watched the fantasy film “Hänsel & Gretel – Hexenjäger” on RTLzwei. The crime series “Death in Paradise” on ZDFneo at 8:15 p.m. was watched by 660,000 (3.2 percent) and at 9:06 p.m. another 750,000 people (3.5 percent).

The documentary format “Goodbye Germany! The emigrants!” 620,000 viewers (3.0 percent) were interested in Vox.
