In her private life, the chairwoman of the Federal Association of Consumer Organizations is no different from most others. Ramona Pop, 46, sometimes gets annoyed when she can’t reach the company when she has a problem and has to struggle through online contact forms and FAQs. These don’t really fit her own problem, or she doesn’t know whether she will ever receive a response and the problem will be solved.
