The Queen visited Ascot – and was in a good mood. She wore a blue outfit and this time did without a walking stick.

Queen Elizabeth II (95) visited the Ascot Racecourse. The monarch did without her walking stick, with which she was recently on the move. The 95-year-old was in a good mood in an elegant ensemble on “British Champions Day”.

The monarch’s coat and hat glowed blue and had black details. In addition, the Queen combined dark gloves and a bag as well as a pearl necklace, matching earrings and a silver brooch. After she was unable to keep many appointments due to the corona pandemic, the 95-year-old was happy to be able to attend a horse race in Ascot again in June.

The Queen’s horses are successful

The queen is known for her love of horses. She traditionally visits Ascot every year. And her own racehorses also generate income: the monarch is said to have won the equivalent of around eight million euros in prize money in races over the past three decades.
