Prosecutor searches Inter Milan offices

After Juventus Turin, Inter Milan is now the focus of the authorities in Italy. It is about the booking of transfer transactions.
The Milan public prosecutor’s office had a search carried out at Inter. This was confirmed by a spokesman for the law enforcement agency and the association itself.
“The current activities are aimed at securing documents on player transfers for the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 financial years so that the correct booking of investment income can be checked,” said the public prosecutor’s office.
Inter: “Are only preliminary investigations”
Inter confirmed that they had handed over the required documents and assured that they had adhered to all requirements. “These are only preliminary investigations,” said the Milanese.
Just as with Juventus Turin, Inter is also accused of inflating the values of the kickers in player transfers in order to achieve greater investment income so that the rules of financial fair play can be complied with.
Between 2017 and 2019, the Nerazzurri brought in Romelu Lukaku, Christian Eriksen, Nicolo Barella, Radja Nainggolan and Lautaro Martinez, among others.
