Professor Christoph Schönberger on the electoral reform and the CSU – Bavaria

The electoral reform is still reverberating, the anger is great in the CSU. If the party fails at the five percent mark, it will no longer be represented in the Bundestag – no matter how many direct mandates it wins. The CSU has decided to take legal action against the reform. From the point of view of constitutional law professor Christoph Schönberger, the party can save itself this trouble. He sees no chance for the complaint.
