Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway turns 18. She celebrates her coming of age with a stylish appearance.
Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway made a stylish entrance for her 18th birthday on January 21 when she accompanied her grandfather, King Harald V, 84, to a cabinet meeting at the royal palace. She appeared in a high-necked cream-white dress with a turtleneck, long sleeves and an A-line skirt. She chose black pantyhose and black pumps. She gathered her hair into a tight ponytail.
On the Instagram account The Norwegian royal family said about the special meeting that Princess Ingrid Alexandra was present at the meeting “to observe how the cabinet works under the leadership of the king”.
New pictures for the 18th birthday
In addition, the Norwegian royal family released four new photos of the 18-year-old and congratulated her on her big day on Instagram. Princess Ingrid Alexandra poses in a black, elegant sheath dress with short sleeves. She wears her hair open. She chose a pair of gold stud earrings and matching rings.
Last Thursday, the daughter of King Haakon (48) and Princess Mette-Marit (48) completed her first public solo dates and was introduced to Norway’s three state authorities – an important event that also was captured with several photos on Instagram.
