Prince Harry watches “The Crown”. He also does a fact check on the series about his family, he jokes during an appearance on US TV.
Prince Harry (38) watches the Netflix series “The Crown”. He did that on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” reveal. He was a guest on the US show to present his autobiography “Spare” (German: “Reserve”). Host Colbert (58) also asked the royal whether Harry and his wife Duchess Meghan (41) also had a series marathon at home.
When Prince Harry says yes, Colbert asks if he’s seen The Crown. The fictional Netflix series revolves around the life of Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022). And the Duke of Sussex seems to really know the sometimes controversial TV show.

“Yeah, I’ve seen some of The Crown,” he said. Apparently he has already watched the new episodes. He knows “the older stuff and the newer stuff,” said Harry, who then joked about fact-checking the series when he watches it. Apparently, “The Crown” isn’t quite right, as he then suggests. Referring to his autobiography, Spare, Harry said that’s why it’s so important that history is told correctly.
