Prince Andrew’s (61) lawyers have done everything they can to avert the civil action brought against the British royal by alleged abuse victim Virginia Giuffre (38).
But without success! According to court documents, the second eldest son of Queen Elizabeth II (95) has failed in an attempt to stop a US lawsuit against him over allegations of abuse.
The German press agency published it on Wednesday, referring to a court document.

Giuffre claims to have been forced to have sex with Andrew three times in 2001 at the age of 17 by the later convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein († 66). In the affair, the prince’s lawyers had relied on the previously secret agreement between the multi-millionaire and his victim.
The 38-year-old had promised in 2009 that she would not sue Epstein or “other potential accused” for sexual assault in return for a hush money of $ 500,000.
The Queen son should now face a dirty trial!
