Prince Alexander zu Schaumburg-Lippe and concert pianist Mahkameh Navabi married in church on Saturday in front of around 300 guests.

He said yes again! Alexander Fürst zu Schaumburg-Lippe (62) stepped on Saturday (October 9th) with his partner Mahkameh Navabi (40) in front of the altar. Photos that are available to the “image”, show the newly married couple in front of the town church in Bückeburg.

According to information from the newspaper, around 300 invited guests appeared for the wedding, including German and European nobles as well as celebrities and entrepreneurs. (Ex) politicians such as Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg (49) and Ursula von der Leyen (63) did not miss the wedding.

The prince’s son, Heinrich-Donatus (27), made a brief statement about his father’s love: “Mahkameh came in here five years ago and was married almost from day one and immediately accepted into the family. The two are so happy , and I wish them that it goes on and on! “

Civil marriage

Prince Alexander zu Schaumburg-Lippe and concert pianist Mahkameh Navabi have known each other since 2013, they have been together since 2016 – and now they are married. At Schloss Bückeburg, the headquarters of the Schaumburg-Lippe family, the couple had a civil marriage in a small circle in September 2020. For the prince it is the third marriage, for Navabi the second.
