Vietnam’s President Nguyen Xuan Phuc has resigned, state media said on Tuesday, after several days of rumors of his impending impeachment.
Nguyen Xuan Phuc “submitted his resignation from the positions he held, quit his job and retired”, said the state agency VNA.
