In two current election polls, the FDP comes to just five percent. In the 2021 federal election, the party received 11.5 percent of the votes.

According to new polls, if there were federal elections next Sunday, the FDP would have to tremble about entering parliament.

Both in the YouGov Sunday question and in the ZDF “Politbarometer” the party only got 5 percent – one percentage point less than in the previous surveys. The new ARD “Germany trend”, on the other hand, saw the liberals at 7 percent (+1). All three surveys were published. In the 2021 federal election, the FDP received 11.5 percent of the votes.

If there were a federal election next Sunday, the Union would be the strongest with 28 to 29 percent. 19 to 22 percent of those surveyed stated that they wanted to vote for the Greens. The SPD would come behind with 18 to 19 percent. 14 to 16 percent of those entitled to vote would therefore opt for the AfD, between 4 and 7 percent for the left.
