Seen from the outside, the plenary hall of the European Parliament looks as if someone has deliberately squeezed a wooden ball into a filigree glass construction. From the inside on Tuesday morning you can get the impression that another foreign body had struck this wooden ball, flown from Poland to Strasbourg, Mateusz Morawiecki his name.
