The “Caiman Club”, after which this WDR radio play podcast is named, has been closed since the end of the first season. Parts of Berlin’s political establishment and lobbyists met discreetly and in illustrious circles in the club to arrange deals and pursue private interests that the public should not know about. After a murder, however, the club was in the press and thus burned as a secret meeting place for dirty affairs.
