Like the main character, we feel our blood run cold in the face of the human but also financial stakes involved in an air crash. We also learn a lot about the BEA, “Bureau of investigation and analysis”, responsible for understanding what may have happened before and during the accident by using the famous flight recorder which gives its title to the film. “This is what I also liked in the scenario, recognizes Pierre Niney.
