Parental leave: How not to lose yourself in the first year of a baby

Between diapers, the hunt for a daycare place and the pediatrician, there is hardly any time left for the parents themselves. Author Isabell Prophet has hit her own limits at full speed. About a breakdown – and how she then completely rebuilt her life with a baby.

It’s called parental leave or still “maternity leave”. Sounds relaxed: vacation, no work, cuddling the baby. Why do we need a book for this?

So I looked for a way to live differently.
