A parcel deliverer opened several parcels to be delivered in Lower Franconia and stole goods from them. The parcel deliverer was checked for information from customers who had already received open parcels, the police said on Monday. When searching the van in Bad Königshofen (Rhoen-Grabfeld district), the police found packages that had already been opened. The police were then able to confiscate the stolen goods in the parcel deliverer’s apartment last Wednesday. Altogether there were at least six open packages. The parcel carrier was accompanied by his partner during the delivery.
