Sean Combs, alias P. Diddy, is already in prison for various sexual crimes. Now another victim of abuse is making serious allegations.

Another lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs: The 54-year-old music producer and his former bodyguard are accused of drugging, raping and filming a woman in 2001. In the lawsuit, which was made available to the US magazine “People”, Thalia Graves states that she was 25 years old when she was sexually abused by the music mogul and his bodyguard.

While the music magnate sits in prison awaiting trial on federal sex crimes charges, he is facing another sexual assault allegation. In the demand for a jury trial, filed Tuesday, Sept. 24, in a district court in the Southern District of New York, the woman alleges that Combs and his then-security chief, Joseph Sherman, raped her in the summer of 2001 at Combs’ “Bad Boy Records” record company in New York City.

Alleged victim: “terrible rape”

Graves claims that the sexual assault was recorded on video. She was in a relationship with one of Combs’ employees at the time. She also said at a press conference on Tuesday afternoon that the alleged “anal and vaginal” rape under the influence of drugs left her feeling “worthless and isolated” for a long time.

The experiences went “beyond the mere physical damage caused by and during the attack,” said Graves. It was a pain deep inside that “has taken a toll on my mental health.” Since then, she has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, nightmares and suicidal thoughts.

Graves never reported the incident to the authorities because she feared Combs and Sherman would harm her. Until she learned in November 2023 that the musician and bodyguard had recorded the “horrific rape” and “have shown it to others over the years up to the present and/or sold the video as pornography.”

P. Diddy still in prison

Graves concluded her accusations by saying, “I’m glad Diddy is locked up, but this is a temporary sense of relief.” Her lawyer, Gloria Allred, is demanding compensatory and punitive damages, the amount of which will be determined at trial.

Combs is currently in custody after being arrested on September 16 and charged with illegal sex trafficking, organized crime and promoting prostitution. The court has already denied him bail twice. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, stresses that his client is innocent. A first hearing is scheduled for October 9.
