But if you miss the CL qualification, you have significantly worse cards in transfer poker compared to other interested parties such as Real Madrid. Because a player like Bellingham naturally has the right to take part in the Champions League every season and play for titles, which the Mersey probably couldn’t offer him.
If Liverpool gets reinforcements and manages to correct the numerous individual mistakes, the hopes of a conciliatory end to the season should not yet be buried. But that requires a different face of Liverpool FC with new faces on the pitch, especially in midfield.
