“No class”, PSG reacts to the player’s comments at a press conference

Kylian Mbappé may well be a Real Madrid player, but from now on, we are not yet done with the spats between the Kyks and PSG through the media. Present at a press conference on the eve of France-Luxembourg, the Frenchman had nevertheless explained during a preliminary statement that he did not want to answer questions concerning his transfer in order to “protect the selection”. But the desire was obviously too strong to burst the abscess and pour out everything that had remained across his throat during his last Parisian season.

“At PSG I was not unhappy, that would be spitting in the soup and spitting in the face of all these people who defended me, but things and people made me unhappy,” he declared in reference in the summer of 2023 when he was excluded from the professional group for having refused to exercise an option to stay at PSG until 2025.

“Everyone prints what they say as if it were the truth,” whispers at PSG

A sign that the divorce is definitively complete, Mbappé has not mentioned the name of the Qatari leader once, as during his video revealing his departure from PSG on May 10. Questioned by AFP after Mbappé’s public outing, PSG refused to comment but from a source close to the club, it is estimated that the player “has absolutely no class”.

“Nasser Al-Khelaïfi never dictated the slightest decision to the team. Luis Enrique even said it himself but despite everything, Mbappé says something and everyone prints as if it were the truth,” continued the same source. Mbappé now says he is “liberated and relieved” by the outcome of his transfer, “a dream come true”, and only wants to think about the Euro which is coming with the France team. Until the next question about PSG.
