The sanction scale will also be valid for personnel subject to compulsory vaccination and not submitting to it. Employers of employees subject to this obligation are also exposed to sanctions, and not the least: 1,000 euros and up to 9,000 euros fine the third time he is found in default, with the risk of one year. from prison. For legal persons, the fine will amount to 45,000 euros.
Finally, it should be noted that an offense of “fraudulent presentation of a health pass belonging to another” is created. The government says it wants a “criminal, effective, dissuasive and rapid response” against potential offenders.
