The city of Geretsried is temporarily setting up a new daycare center. It is planned on Tattenkofener Straße on the site of the former daycare center “Blechkiste”. The land belongs to the city. According to the city administration, a facility in “high-quality, child-friendly modular construction” could be built there. It will offer 50 places in two crèche groups and one kindergarten group. To do this, the development plan must first be changed and laid out in an accelerated process. This day-care center should exist until the new regular site on Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Straße is ready, for which a sponsor is currently being selected. The city council unanimously approved the project.
