The exciting everyday life in London’s high society at the beginning of the 19th century makes “Bridgerton” an international success.
After the release of part one of the third season on May 16, Shonda Rhimes’ (54) “Bridgerton” is ranked Netflix is in first place among English streaming series for the second week in a row: with another 25.3 million views in seven days. The hit series, which is inspired by the bestsellers by Julia Quinn (54) and follows the siblings of the Bridgerton family in British high society in London in the early 19th century in their search for true love, continues to break records.

The second part of the third season will be broadcast on June 13. Netflix expects a further increase in viewer numbers.
