NASA and SpaceX are now targeting a launch at 5:49 very precisely Friday morning, April 23 of the Crew-2 mission to the International Space Station. Originally scheduled for Thursday, the launch was postponed due to adverse weather conditions along the flight path.

“Although the conditions around the launch site should be favorable for take-off, mission teams must also take into account the conditions along the flight path and the recovery zone,” NASA explains on its site.
