Twelve-year-old Luise from Freudenberg was stabbed to death several times. The suspected girls are 12 and 13 years old. Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Helmut Remschmidt explains how children become murderers and why criminal responsibility should not be lowered.

There is no evidence and no solid scientific studies. The murder of twelve-year-old Luise from Freudenberg is an isolated case, not proof of this thesis. Such extreme acts are very rare.
