Trees on the roof and a facade covered in plants that changes color with the seasons: these are just two of the promises that a new office building in the Werksviertel near the Ostbahnhof is supposed to fulfill. “Tomorrow” is the name of the project that the Stadtsparkasse München is currently building as the developer and for which it celebrated the topping-out ceremony this Thursday.
