The 17-year-old was thrown to the ground and kicked, and the 18-year-old was punched in the face. The perpetrators then left the soccer field and took the football with them. The 17-year-old and the 18-year-old had to be taken to a hospital for treatment.

According to the report, the police who were summoned checked young people in the area with a large number of patrols and identified four suspects: two 16-year-olds and one 14-year-old, each residing in Munich, and a 19-year-old residing in the Weilheim-Schongau district . All four are already known to the police for various crimes, including robbery and dangerous bodily harm, the 19-year-old also for possession of weapons and a sexual offence, the police said. The suspects were released after police action was completed.

Since New Year’s Eve, there has been a noticeable increase in robberies near the Pasing train station. On New Year’s Eve, four teenagers were robbed of their firecrackers, and one of them broke his arm. On Monday evening, two students were attacked and robbed by about 20 youths. On Tuesday evening, a 16-year-old and a 22-year-old were robbed by four youths, who were also threatened with a knife. It is not yet clear if and to what extent the incidents are linked.
