That would describe Franz-Josef Unterlechner very well in what he plans to do as head chef in the Michelin-star restaurant Schwarzreiter in the luxury hotel Four Seasons on Maximilianstrasse. The 37-year-old has held the position of head chef there since the New Year, and that shows: The Four Seasons has big plans. Even the redesign of the recently reopened bar was an announcement to the competition in the high-price segment. Unterlechner’s commitment is another.
