Munich: Man critically injured at Pasing train station – Munich

A 44-year-old man was the victim of a serious assault in Pasing on Sunday evening. According to the police, several passers-by reported a physical altercation between three people in front of the McDonald’s in front of the station at around 7:15 p.m. When the police arrived, they found a 44-year-old man with a heavily bleeding head wound. He was initially still responsive.

The emergency services took the man, who was heavily intoxicated, to a hospital. There, several brain hemorrhages were diagnosed; he underwent emergency surgery and was then placed in an artificial coma. His life is still in danger.

The police assume that the injury was not caused by direct violence, but by a fall. The surveillance camera recordings are now being evaluated. Witnesses are also being sought. One of the injured man’s opponents is described as being between 15 and 16 years old; he was wearing dark jeans and a brown sweater. His companion is said to be around the same age; a more precise description is not available.
