The Pathos Theater now officially has a semi-new management duo: Judith Huber, who has been running the independent theater since 2018 – initially together with Lea Ralfs – is now joined by the author and long-time social worker Jan Geiger. Geiger, born in 1987, has been the deputy director of the Pathos Theater since autumn 2022 and is familiar with the circumstances and the two venues, the Pathos and the Schwere Reiter. The time-honored theater of the independent scene should remain the place of experimentation that it is. According to the house, Geiger is also planning to put a new focus on literature and open up a space for the queer community. For the year 2022, Pathos recorded 93 productions and 223 performances.
