Munich: EU Parliament in Strasbourg rejects Rudi Hurzlmeier’s exhibition. – Munich

Politics is a serious matter. And especially recently, with all its conflicts and crises, one had the feeling that there was not much to laugh about for all those involved, politicians and citizens. In the case of EU politics, this could have changed temporarily in the next few weeks. An exhibition by the Munich cartoonist and painter Rudi Hurzlmeier was planned in the EU Parliament in Strasbourg. Or more precisely: “The party” with its chairman Martin Sonneborn had officially registered the exhibition, requested rooms and allegedly invited people to it. But the Parliament has now “banned” the whole thing, as Martin Sonneborn said in a Video on his Instagram channel announced.
